For over fifteen years, first leading the Strategic Planning department at FITCH WPP in Doha and then co-founding my own consultancy and directing its multidisciplinary team, I have made a career of finding that advantage, naming it out loud, and building the position around it until the brand becomes impossible to mistake for anyone else.
- 01The Future of LuxuryThe future of luxury belongs to the brands capable of making every guest feel like the hotel had been built just for them.
- 02Clarity Is a Competitive AdvantageThe companies that earn trust aren't the ones that provide the most information. They're the ones that make the world easiest to understand.
- 03One Brand, Many WorldsThe companies that hold together at scale aren't the ones with one name on everything. They're the ones where every part still points back to the same show.
- 01
I joined FITCH WPP as a strategist and was running the Strategic Planning department within a year, advising nation-scale clients in one of the fastest growing markets in the world.
- 02
I co-founded an international creative agency and directed a multidisciplinary team of eight-plus strategists, designers and creatives for over a decade, across hospitality, retail, entertainment, health and technology.
- 03
I transformed a residential Hilton tower at 32% occupancy into a premier leisure destination running at 82% occupancy, because winning executive buy-in at the highest level is what allows great strategy to actually take root.
Aim True
Every category has a target everyone agrees on, and almost nobody checks who painted it. When competitors spend years repeating each other's language, that borrowed consensus hardens into something that looks like market demand, and a whole industry ends up firing beautifully at the wrong mark. I call my method Aim True because the aim is the problem, not the arrow.
The four phases- 01Brand Positioningthat competitors cannot copy without admitting they were wrong.
- 02Brand Architecturethat keeps a portfolio legible as it grows.
- 03Executive Workshopsthat end in a decision rather than a deck.
- 04Customer Experiencethat delivers what the positioning promised.
- 05Creative Directionthat speaks a unified language inside every channel it touches.
